Extra turning feat

This feat grants four additional uses per day for turn undead. It can be
taken multiple times. Each time grants four additional turning attempts. 

This feat requires the knowledge of the turn undead spell.  

This feat is currently being updated to reflect Turn Undead's change from
Spell to Ability.
