Syntax: cast 'ice storm'
Great magical hailstones pound down for 1 full round, dealing damage to every
creature in the area. At the end of the duration, the hail disappears, leaving
no aftereffects (other than the damage dealt). The spell will affect all
creatures not grouped with the caster.
This spell cannot be cast by a conjurer
This spell cannot be cast by an enchanter
