Improved Uncanny Dodge

Syntax:  Automatic  

Improved Uncanny Dodge actively prevents a rogue from being the subject of a
sneak attack from another thief.  This is made possible by a heightened
awareness of one's foes, which leads the character possessing this feat to
instinctively avoid being outflanked.  

* This passive ability is gained automatically upon reaching the requisite
level
