Insufficient or no roleplay in a player kill

This is one of our biggest problems.  Killing another PC can cause
the player behind the character hurt. In order to stop this player
kill situations need to be made as fun as any other roleplay situation,
and this means that a player kill must be very well roleplayed. Before
a character is killed all players involved must be satisfied there is
sufficient roleplay.

We have adapted the code many times to help facilitate this. When
involved in a potential player kill situation make sure you have
"stunmode nofight" on and take turns with your attacks so that slower
typers are not disadvantaged by faster ones. Use plenty of smotes and
taunts, and take the kill round by round.
