Letter
A letter may be sent to another character by means of the Magical Post service.
There is an apprciable fee, though for the convenience it offers, the amount
seems justified. The process is as follows:
1) Locate a Magical Post office. One can be found in most major cities.
2) Purchase an unlabelled letter from the clerk (a little over 2 platinum)
3) Hold the unlabelled letter in your hand
3) Write the text of the letter using the NOTE system (NOTE WRITE)
4) Address the letter using the LABEL command (LABEL <recipient>)
5) Pay the postage fee to the receptionist (1 platinum)
6) Give the letter to the receptionist
