Marcus of Tempus, Commander of the Waterdeep City Watch
Marcus is the youngest son of a prominent Waterdeep merchant. As the
youngest son, he was sent to school to become a priest. He chose to heed
the call of Tempus, causing his parents to disown him (they followed Waukeen.)
Marcus slowly worked his way up the church hierarchy and eventually became
Battleguard, a high priest of Tempus. He was asked to lead the Waterdeep City
Watch, which he helped to expand and grow.
