Mass Reduce Person

Transmutation
Range: Close
Target: Noncombat
Syntax:  cast 'mass reduce person' <target> 
 
This spell can be used in two ways. Either, by specifying a target, it
can act by giving the negative effects to just one person or it can
(if the caster does not specify a target) affect everyone the caster is
not grouped with.
 
This spell cannot be cast by an abjurer
