Reduce Person

Target: Noncombat
Syntax: cast 'reduce person' <target>
This spell causes the target to shrink in size and weight. It grants
them additional dexterity, while reducing their strength. It will reduce a
PC by one size category, i.e., from small to tiny, or medium to small.
* This spell will only work on (non-monstrous, non-planetouched) humanoids.
Thus wemics, centaurs, yuan-ti, aasimar, and tieflings are not affected.
This spell cannot be cast by an abjurer
