Quicken spell feat
Syntax: memorise 1 <spell level + 4> <spell name>
Prerequisites: None
With this feat you can cast a spell without a moment's thought. This feat
reduces the casting time for the spell to which it is applied. A quickened
spell uses up a spell slot four levels higher than the spell's actual level.
To memorise a quickened spell, memorise it at four levels above its actual
level.
* This feat is a metamagic feat.
* This feat has no pre-requisites.
* This feat does not (yet) work under the new combat system.
