Restart
During the character creation process (and BEFORE the end of it!), if you
wish to start over with the development of your character, and get back any
kismet spent on them, issue the RESTART command. All character creation data
except the name will be lost, and all spent kismet returned. If you decide
you don't wish to create a new character with this name after all, just
RESTART, then QUIT, then log back into your account and delete this name
from your character list.
