Syntax: cast 'shocking grasp' <target>
Shocking Grasp is an initial electricity based spell taught to almost
all mages. The caster's hand is charged with negative electrons.
Whereafter any incidental contact with the victim's body will cause
the equivalent of a hugely nasty static shock.
This spell cannot be cast by a conjurer
This spell cannot be cast by an enchanter
