Syntax: cast 'shockshield'

This spell will surround you with a shield of electricity that will return 
your enemies attacks with tongues of electricity. This spell will also grant 
the caster increased resistance to electric based attacks.
 
This spell cannot be cast by a conjurer
This spell cannot be cast by an enchanter
