Silent Spell Feat
With this spell you can cast spells silently. There is no chanting
or praying echo when you use this feat skill. However, you still do
gestures. The still spell feat is required to remove gestures from
your spell casting. A silent spell uses up a spell slot one level
higher than the spell's actual level.
The other benefit of this feat is that you are able to cast spells while
affected by the silence spell.
* This feat is a metamagic feat.
* This feat has no pre-requisites.
* This feat cannot be gained by bards.
