Illusion (Phantasm) [Fear, Mind-affecting]

Target: Offensive
Syntax:  cast weird

This spell functions like phantasmal killer, except it can affect all
the creatures except those grouped up with the caster. Only the affected
creatures see the phantasmal creatures attacking them.
 
This spell cannot be cast by a necromancer
