Dovan - Lucklyvia
Born of elven parents, Dovan originally comes from the Moonwood yet now keeps
close ties to Waterdeep. Though of full elven blood his upbringing was of a
mixed culture as he was raised in a tight knit community amongst those woods.
The variety of individuals and simple life shaped much of his outlooks on
life and easy going nature. It was not until a fated passing with one of
Tymora's own did he find out about Her. Be it fate or other measures, it was
not long until he gave himself to the Church of Tymora and became a teacher
in Her name.
