Spaki, Magician of Mystra
As is the case with many wizards, Spaki's past is somewhat clouded.
It is known that he came to Waterdeep and studied at the temples of
Oghma and Mystra, eventually entering the faith of the latter. It is
said that he studied under Blackstaff, Halaster, or even Elminster
himself, though how much truth there is to these rumors is uncertain.
He is said to have traveled widely and spent many years in both the
northlands and the great desert of Anauroch as well as a stint as a
battlemage in an army of the Dalelands. He is known for achievements
as a wizard, the defeat of the great red dragon Eriakonempedocles,
and a role in the freeing of Ardeep forest from demonic infestation.
