Wandering Mobs

[Melusine]

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, and I didn't see it anywhere, so here it is. Mobs seem to be wandering out of designated zones for some reason. The goblins and hobgoblins are wandering out of the Friendly Arm Inn, and undead critters seem to be wandering out of the Tombs beneath the temple of Tempus in Waterdeep. I'm not sure if there are any other cases of it that I can point to in particular.

I'm also not sure where this lady came from! But I found her wandering Waterdeep:


An ugly orc is here poking through some debris.

Here is a repulsive female orc. She is attired in disgusting,
rotted leather armor and skins. She has mottled grey-green skin
and dull, dark eyes which are probably accustomed to looking
through all manner of refuse and rubbish.

An orc is in perfect health.
