mob item drops

I suggest that there be a room inventory check when a NPC corpse decomposes or is junked/sac'd that it searches to see if the item is already on the ground in that room, if so... scrap itself, else drop onto the ground. Coins being a possible void in such a program.
This would help eliminate some of the clutter about the mud. As well as when traveling fast.. or sudden combat that you can see whats currently happening instead of needing to scroll past it all.
