The dungeon

Many cities have a dungeon where they place those who have committed a crime
in their city. The guards may throw them in the dungeon and leave them there.

* You can be charged for multiple offences stemming from a single incident.
For example, assault and mugging from a theft gone bad, or multiple assault
charges from pursuing a fleeing victim.

* If your character has been placed in a dungeon, do not attempt to leave
until a guard comes and lets you out, unless you really mean to attempt an
escape. A guard will come and release you automatically once you have served
all of your sentences. If you leave on your own, by any means (even if the
door is wide open!) and are caught outside the dungeon by any of the city
authorities, you will be apprehended again and made to serve your sentence
again, starting from nil.

* Time passes on a sentence whether you are logged in or not, but you will
only be released, or begin to serve your next sentence, when you log in.
