The arcane spellcasters of some lands have learned to overcome the frailities
of the body with the unyielding power of the mind.
You use your intelligence instead of your consititution to determine your
bonus hit points in the early levels. Everytime you train a metamagic feat
you gain extra hit points. This feat must be taken before the fourth level.
You must be from Calimshan or Thay to gain this feat. Sun elves and moon
elves can also gain this feat.
* Calimshan and Thay are not currently available as hometowns, so at
present only sun and moon elves can gain this feat. They may do so during
the OOC game orientation process (and must not skip it).
