Online Help

With this feat your spells are especially potent, breaking through spell
resistances more readily than normal.  Your spells do NOT do more damage with
this feat, only break through resistances.  Sometimes a resistance reduces
damage done by a spell, and if this resistance is broken through, then it
could be considered that the spell does more damage.
