Re: Forum Upgrade
ie, the developer working on this revision was working in Windoze, in full screen mode in his browser, when he made the final review of the code

Re: Forum Upgrade
All of the sudden the boards are very squished and cut for me, in a comparable manner like visable at Glim's screenshot. I tried several things that were recommended but it wont change. Any ideas?
I am using Internet Explorer and it worked all fine till..recently.
Thanks

Re: Forum Upgrade
I think someone is trying to tinker with the settings, I am sure it will return to normal shortly.
Re: Forum Upgrade
Me as well (both full screen and smaller). It's killing me.

Re: Forum Upgrade
Well all of a sudden I am getting the smooshed forum too. In both Mozilla Firefox AND Internet Explorer. It's odd because the forum was not smooshy earlier on for me and only became such today..

Re: Forum Upgrade
Yeah, it was fine for me originally, but with these new settings I'm getting this:
With text over-lapping, and icons un-aligned. I'm assuming this is the same thing the above posters are experiencing?
I'm sure it'll get sorted out soon enough. (Or maybe Mask is trying to obfuscate all the information contained herein... Oh I am teh witty).

Yeah, that's exactly what's happening. I'm pretty sure if -everyone- is experiencing it then it's just board settings that are being worked on.

Re: Forum Upgrade
It's fine for me ! Try a shift-reload to ensure that you are getting a fresh copy of all relevant html/css.
Re: Forum Upgrade
That's odd, I posted yesterday and can't find it anymore.
The font size and spacing seems to be too much now. And everything is bolded.
Firefox v2, IE 7, xp sp2
Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Forum Upgrade
Well, at least it's not squished now. =D
Re: Forum Upgrade
Everything is bigger and bolded, but sooooo much better than the squishy. And I don't have to have it full screen either .
Re: Forum Upgrade
I think this is much better. Just turned my font down a bit and it looks great

Re: Forum Upgrade
The forums seem a bit busted right now, I know others have had this trouble as well. Everything is overlapping and smushed together. I'm using Mozilla and it was working before, but now tis not.

Re: Forum Upgrade
Hmmm, some of the pages don't like Firefox on OS X either... bunched up text...
Re: Forum Upgrade
Same here. What I did was:Travis wrote:The forums seem a bit busted right now, I know others have had this trouble as well. Everything is overlapping and smushed together. I'm using Mozilla and it was working before, but now tis not.
Ctrl+reload to empty out the cached data
Which results in the forum display not being squished up, but with big and bold and awkward to read text.
So a few ctrl+minus to resize the fonts, and we're all gravy.
