Are there any ballpark figures for the numbers/levels of spells/skills that can or should be added to a guild?
I'm aware that guilds shouldn't be a 'one stop shop' and the helpfiles say 'no more than three skills to a trainer' but other than that I haven't really seen any guidelines, so I'm just trying to determine what a good balance would be ^_^

High level skills/spells should require a quest before initial training. The quest should include some discussion of the responsible use of those upper level skills/spells.
