Point Blank Shot Feat
Prerequisites: This feat requires that you have at least some skill with a
ranged weapon such as bows, crossbows, slings, or thrown projectiles.
With this feat you are skilled at making well-placed shots with ranged
weapons at close range. Your to-hit roll under such conditions is increased
by one. You must have 'combatmode -ranged' set in order for your missile
weapons to be used as a missile weapon in melee combat. If you run out of
ammunition or have 'combatmode +ranged' set, you will use your ranged weapon
as a melee weapon (for example, a bow might be used as a staff) in melee
combat. Because such weapons are not designed to take that sort of abuse,
they will generally be damaged quickly.
