Mount
Syntax: mount <mob/character>
Syntax: dismount
Mount is a skill, which allows you to mount certain mobs. Being mounted on a
mob cuts down on movement points that are used whenever you move.
A flying mount enables you to traverse over water without drowning. In order
to learn the skill mount try asking at the stables in each town. Your
attempts to mount may be more successful if you equip your mount with a
saddle.
You are able to mount mountable pets that you are master of and pets that
have no master. You cannot mount a pet that someone else owns.
You can have creatures that are smaller than you mount you. You may mount
other characters that are larger than you in size.
You can fall off a mount you are riding if your skill in mount is not very
high.
Mounts do tire, more quickly if their burden is heavy. Rest will allow them
to recuperate, as will some magic and mundane efforts to refresh them.
* Use the fly and land commands to control a flying mount
* Flying mounts can tire to the point where they can no longer fly. Be sure
this doesn't happen to you over the ocean!
