Lord Manshoon
Manshoon is one of the three Lords of Zhentil Keep. A powerful
mage, it is rumoured he once served as an apprentice to Elminster before
turning to the Zhentarim. Even wilder rumours have Manshoon as a one
time apprentice of Halaster, where he learned the advanced cloning magics
he is known for. Manshoon has been said to have been defeated and killed
several times, but his noticeable presence in the Keep can either be attributed
to the falsehood of such claims, or the awakening of one of his clones. He
is the head of the Black Network of the Zhentarim, and enjoys manipulating
and bending others to his will, rather than acting with force. Manshoon is
a significantly powerful wizard, and has many artifacts and items in his
possession.
