Echo/Recho/Echoat/Areaecho

Syntax: echo globally <message>
Syntax:  recho <message>
Syntax:  echoat <player> <message>
Syntax: areaecho <message>
 
Prerequisites: Story Council Member running an event, or Imm powers

ECHO GLOBALLY sends a message to ALL players online. [Use with caution!]
RECHO sends a message to all players in your room.
ECHOAT sends a message to a specific player from anywhere in the mud.
AREAECHO sends a message to all players in the same area.
 
* Wildcards like $ do not work in echo commands!  The game will echo
exactly what you type in, though colour codes can be used.
